Does this sound like you?
- You've done years of therapy and understand your trauma, but the insight lives in your head, not your body.
- You can't stop thinking. Analyzing, rehearsing, replaying, looping. Your mind never actually stops.
- You live in a constant state of hypervigilance, bracing, scanning, waiting for what could go wrong.
- You can't sit still. Rest feels like something's wrong, so you're always doing something.
- You can't be alone with yourself, so you scroll, eat, drink. Anything to not feel.
- You're stuck in self-sabotage, procrastination, and self-doubt, and you've been treating it like a motivation problem.
- Your inner critic is relentless, and after a lifetime of hearing it, you've stopped questioning what it tells you.
- You can't feel much of anything. Not your body, not your emotions. Numb or checked out most of the time.
- When something good happens, you can't let yourself enjoy it. Joy feels suspicious, calm feels unsafe.
- You've been doing this work alone, and somewhere you know healing in community is the piece that's missing.
You can see every pattern you're stuck in. And yet you're still stuck in them.
Healing has to happen where the wound is stored

The journey
how this actually works: we will be working with the body through 3 lenses

2. Somatic Experiencing
Building the ability to notice and stay with what's happening in your body, so you don't have to keep leaving it.
1. Polyvagal Theory
Getting to know your nervous system intimately so
it stops controlling your life without you knowing it.
3. Somatic Parts Work
Establishing and cultivating a relationship with your parts through your body instead of your head.
what we'll be doing: how we'll get out of heads and into our bodies
SESSION 2 | Befriending Your System
This is where you learn to get to know your own nervous system with curiosity instead of judgment, so that what used to feel like something wrong with you starts to look like a system doing its job.
SESSION 1 | Creating Safety
Your body has to find some evidence of safety before anything else is possible, so this is where we build the ground everything else in the course gets to stand on.
SESSION 3 | Felt Sense
This is where you learn to notice what's actually happening in your body underneath the story you have about it, and to stay with it long enough that it starts to shift on its own.
SESSION 4 | Turning Towards
This is where you learn to notice what's actually happening in your body underneath the story you have about it, and to stay with it long enough that it starts to shift on its own.
SESSION 5 | Being With
Fear is the thing that has kept most of us in our head and out of our bodies. This is where you will learn that you can be with it without becoming, and that being with it is what allows it to release.
SESSION 6 | Connection
Your nervous system doesn't regulate alone, and this is where you find out who and what actually settles you, so you can start using that on purpose instead of by accident.
SESSION 7 | Self Energy
This is where you learn to notice what's actually happening in your body underneath the story you have about it, and to stay with it long enough that it starts to shift on its own.

what makes this different: reasons why this works when others things haven't
You're learning from a peer, not someone who's arrived.
This is built from my own healing, and I built it on purpose. It's the work I do every day to quiet a head that never shuts up and to build capacity for the fear that still lives in my body.
Co-regulation is the part you can't get from a recording.
Your nervous system learns regulation by being near other nervous systems, not by understanding regulation. That's why doing this alone with a video only takes you so far. For those of us whose trauma happened in relationship, being witnessed while you're in it is the mechanism. Not a bonus feature.

who is this course NOT for?
A few people I'd ask not to sign up:
- People in acute crisis — active psychosis, untreated addiction, or current suicidal ideation. This is a group workshop, not
stabilization care.
- People hoping this will replace therapy or one-on-one clinical care. This course can deepen your healing — but it's a group
somatic experience, not a substitute for the kind of one-on-one care some people need.
- People who want to keep healing as an intellectual project and aren't ready to let their body into the room.

FAQ'S
Do I need any prior experience with somatic work, IFS, or parts work to join?
Nope. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to show up. I'll guide you through every step in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and trauma-informed. Whether you're brand new to this kind of work or you've been doing parts work for years, you'll be met exactly where you are.
When will I get access to The Shitshow community?
You'll get your invite to The Shitshow a week before the course begins, so you have time to settle in. Your 2-month membership kicks in then. If you'd like to continue after, it'll just auto-renew at the regular monthly rate of $29/month — and you can cancel anytime before that date if you don't want to stay.
What if I can't make a session live?
Replays will be available within 24 hours of each session, so you can catch up on your own time. The work is experiential, so I do hope you can make most sessions live — but life happens, and you won't fall behind if you miss one.
Should I do this if I'm currently in therapy?
Absolutely. This course is designed to complement therapeutic work, not replace it. A lot of people find that doing this alongside their existing therapy actually deepens both. If you're in active crisis or working through acute trauma right now, just check in with your therapist before signing up.
What’s your refund policy?
Due to the nature of this program and the limited spots available, we’re not able to offer refunds. Please be sure you’re ready to commit before signing up—we’re here to support you every step of the way.
